These terms govern your use of the stocksounds.io website. The music itself is licensed separately — how you may use a track is set out in the StockSounds Music Licence you receive on purchase.
Using the site
You may browse and preview our catalogue for the purpose of evaluating and licensing music. Previews are provided for evaluation only and may not be used in any project until you hold a valid licence. You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, redistribute, resell or attempt to circumvent access to the audio or the site.
Licensing & purchases
Purchases are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record; Gumroad's terms apply to the checkout. Your use of any purchased track is governed by the accompanying StockSounds Music Licence, which takes precedence over these site terms for anything to do with the music. Ownership of all music remains with our artists; site design, text and branding remain ours.
Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
